SHIPPING & RETURNS
Order Processing & Shipping
We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. Fulfilment time is separate from shipping time. Orders are fulfilled Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays). Fulfilment time requires 24 to 48 working hours. Once ordered are fulfilled they are shipped to the address you entered at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable for products returned due to an issue. Refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) excluding the shipping charge.
Cancellation Policy
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime within 8 hours of placing your order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
Delivery Time
For most serviceable pin-codes, we try to deliver within 4-6 business days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
Return Policy
What if the product is received in damaged condition? If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. email us at hello@ozobags.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
